How online education is opening new possibilities for students.

When the world is going Digital, it is important to go with the flow. Most of the schools and colleges have benefitted from the advent of technology and online education. They have made the most of the situation by conducting Online classes for its students. The Internet is one of the most powerful things to have happened to mankind. How else do you think you could lead a simple life in a pandemic at the comfort of your homes contrary to the difficult life of people when the Spanish Flu or the Ebola Fever happened? A more structured way to put this would be saying that all the elements that are keeping our fast-paced lives running are essentially the same, except for the fact that the Environment has changed. For better or worse? We say both. We are in the middle of a grave crisis of COVID-19, our old ways and means fail to grasp the gravity of the situation and this is exactly why we needed reforms. After the announcement of the Education Reforms on July 29th, one thing is sure, Education is being revolutionized. The education sector has been one of the most affected sectors when it comes to measuring collateral damage. But surprisingly, it is also one of those sectors which has managed the situation well by making the changes early. Talking about damage, we also saw how differently-abled people found it difficult to go on with digital education. It is very thoughtful on the part of the Govt. to come up with special software for them. Similarly, the teachers in the online classrooms teach the students and make sure that education goes on. But most of them aren’t very flexible using the modern-day tools and the Govt’s initiative to digitally equip them goes a long way in this. Virtual campus tours, doubt sessions, informative webinars and the flow of necessary information has kept the soul of education alive. Even Virtual Labs will be joining the league now. Surely, everything is changing. Online Education is opening new possibilities for students.

By thinking of the situation as an opportunity and introducing new technologies to further minimize the use of paper and completely go digital, we are also making the students socially responsible citizens. Students will learn new software, will be well-versed with the latest terminology and explore the digital world sitting at the comfort of their homes. This has to be one of the most compelling times for students to read up and explore what more they can do.

At Sanskriti University, we have always embraced change with open arms. We see every situation in  positive light. One of the reasons why we are one of the Best Private Universities in the country. We believe in leading by example. Our intention of providing such crucial information was to make the students see the good side of things. We also hope that more students see the potential in them and in the power of ‘Online education’. We hope that after the COVID wave, the country wakes up to a new dawn, one where everyone is technologically sound.
